How do I track my order
• After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information at the provided email address. Please allow a 24-hour period for the tracking information to appear on the carrier's system.
Carrier Shipping Status
ORDER PROCESSING UPDATE
• Your order has been carefully selected, packed, and labeled,
awaiting pickup by the carrier.
CARRIER ACCEPTANCE
• The carrier has collected your package(s) from our warehouse or
officially acknowledged its receipt at their facility.
TRACKING DELAY
• In some instances, transit scans may be overlooked, resulting in
a lack of updates until the package is delivered. If the estimated
delivery date has passed, a claim can be initiated with the carrier.
DELIVERY STATUS: SHOWS DELIVERED, HAVEN'T RECEIVED
• Should your tracking indicate delivery while you haven't received
your package, please contact the carrier promptly and initiate a
claim for further assistance.
When will my order ship

How do I cancel my order
• Should you require modifications or wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to our customer service team within a 2-hour window from placing your order. You can do so by emailing support@builtfitnessequipment.com. We will do our utmost to process change or cancellation requests before your item is dispatched.
• Please be aware that once your order enters the fulfillment process, our Customer Service team may be limited in their ability to make changes or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
I received the incorrect item
